1. Bring the following changes in some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

in Rules of carrying out certification of the persons which passed training and applying for the occupation right notarial activities, approved by the specified order:

"5. Person applying for the occupation right notarial activities after passing of training directs through the web portal of "the electronic government":

1) request about the admission to certification in the Commission on residence;

2) the electronic copy of references from narcological and psychiatric dispensaries, issued on the applicant's residence not earlier than before month before their submission to judicial authorities;

3) the electronic copy of the supporting document length of service on legal specialty at least two years.

The request about the admission to certification includes data:

about the diploma:

name of higher educational institution;

code of specialty;

number of the diploma;

The decision on refusal in the admission to certification goes territorial authorities of justice to the applicant no later than fifteen working days from the date of receipt of the statement.

The refusal in the admission to certification can be appealed judicially.";

"8. The applicant allowed to certification is notified by territorial authority of justice on the place, date, time of carrying out certification not later than ten calendar days before its carrying out through the portal electronically.

Applicants lists, allowed to certification, not later than ten working days before its carrying out are placed on Internet resources of territorial authority of justice.

Certification is carried out as required, but at least once a quarter.

In case of appearance on commission session the applicant needs to have in case of himself the document proving his identity.";

"17. By results of testing and/or answers to the examination questions Commission passes the motivated decision on passing of certification by persons applying for the occupation right notarial activities for form according to appendix 1 or the decision on not passing of certification by persons applying for the occupation right notarial activities for form according to appendix 2 to these rules. Results of certification are disclosed in day of passing by the applicant of certification after its termination.

The decision of the Commission can be appealed judicially.

The decision of the Commission on passing of certification is valid within three years from the moment of its removal, according to Item 9 of article 8-2 of the Law.

The applicant who did not undergo certification is allowed to repeated certification not earlier than in one year.";
