About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2009 No. 392

According to Item 6 of article 79 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on subsoil the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for creation and approval of the state stock balances of minerals and geothermal resources of subsoil approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2009 No. 392 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 82, 5/29521; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.07. 2013, 5/37484), following amendments and changes:

1.1. the second Item 3 to add part with the words "or their write-offs from the state stock balance";

1.2. state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The state stock balances are constituted separately by each type of minerals proceeding from their economic value and on geothermal resources of subsoil annually for January 1 every year based on data of the state statistical reporting and affirm the order of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources.

The state stock balances of the minerals determined in articles 22-24 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil, except for oils, gas condensate and natural gas are constituted in form according to appendix 1.

The state stock balances of oil, gas condensate and natural gas are constituted in form according to appendix 2.

The state stock balances of underground waters are constituted in form according to appendix 3.

The state stock balances of geothermal resources of subsoil are constituted in form according to appendix 4.";

1.3. add the Provision with Item 6-1 of the following content:
