1. This Provision establishes procedure for creation and approval of the state stock balances of minerals and geothermal resources of subsoil.
2. The state stock balances of minerals and geothermal resources of subsoil (further – the state stock balances) are form of stock accounting of minerals and (or) geothermal resources of the subsoil revealed in subsoil and represent single databank about quality, quantity and degree of study of inventories of each type of minerals and (or) geothermal resources of subsoil, their production, losses, about changes of inventories of minerals and (or) geothermal resources of subsoil for accounting year. Petrogeotermalny resources of subsoil are not subject to accounting.
