1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1.1. to state subitem 1.3 of Item 1 in the following edition:
"1.3. by means of the web portal electronic documents are submitted to the registering body determined by Regulations on state registration of subjects of managing or body to which part of powers on state registration and liquidation (the activities termination) of subjects of managing, including on acceptance of electronic documents is delegated.";
1.1.2. to state paragraph two of Item 2 in the following edition:
"The instruction about procedure for submission of electronic documents and their considerations by registering body;";
1.1.3. To be reworded as follows the instruction about procedure for submission of electronic documents by legal entities and physical persons for state registration of subjects of managing and their consideration by registering body approved by this resolution it (is applied);
