Based on the paragraph of third of part one of Item 13 of the Regulations on state registration of subjects of managing, Item 7-1 and part two of Item 12 of the Regulations on liquidation (the activities termination) of the subjects of managing approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that:
1.1. introduction in the Republic of Belarus of electronic state registration of subjects of managing, and also use of the web portal of the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of http://egr.gov.by (further – the web portal) for submission of documents in electronic form for review of the name of the organization, notifications on change of the location of the organization, appointment (replacement) of the head (the other person authorized according to constituent documents to act on behalf of the organization) in the form of electronic documents is performed step by step.
At the initial stage it is entered in the city of Minsk:
electronic state registration of the legal entities created in the form of the unitary enterprises, except for insurance companies, insurance brokers, banks, and also cases of creation of the unitary enterprises and the specified organizations as a result of their reorganization;
electronic state registration of individual entrepreneurs;
electronic state registration of the changes and (or) additions made to charters of the unitary enterprises except for brought in charters of insurance companies, insurance brokers, banks, and also cases of modification in connection with change of the name of the unitary enterprises or their reorganization;
