About modification of Rates for transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the internal message
According to subitem 4.3.7 of subitem 4.3 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, and to the paragraph to third the subitem "b" of Item 2 of Powers of the central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, executive bodies of city councils on price regulation and rates for separate types of products, goods and services (appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548) I order:
1. Make to the section I of Rates for transportation of the passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the internal message approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of March 19, 2012 No. 170, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2012 for No. 447/20760 (with changes), the following changes:
Paragraphs the fourth and п the fifth Item 1.3 after the words "Intersiti + (IS +)" to add 1) with words and figure", except cars of the 1st class";
Item 1.7 in paragraph one after words "regional trains and" to add 2) with words and figure of "cars of the 2nd class".
2. To provide to public administration of rail transport:
1) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine;
3) informing the population through mass media.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Demidovich D. V.
