About approval of Rates for public conveyance, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in internal connection

1. Approve Rates for public conveyance, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in internal connection which are applied.

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:

2.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2. And to inform the correct application of this order on price level of passengers at stations and in Items of sale of travel documents.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.

Rates for public conveyance, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in internal connection

I. General provisions

1.1. These Rates (Sections II, III, IV) are applied on all lines of the railroads of wide and narrow gage of general network of Ukrzaliznytsi included in continuous operation.

1.2. These Rates are applied to calculation of fare of passengers and luggage transport and cargo baggage in trains (cars) of internal direct and local connection of forming of the railroads of Ukraine.

1.3. To the fare of passengers in general, couchette and compartment cars of trains of regional traffic (Section II), the freight charge of passenger rail cars in empty condition (Item 1.8 of the Section I) since October 1, 2014 indexation in the amount of 1,1 is applied.

The air fare and reserved seats is determined by multiplication of rate (Section II) by the indexation coefficient on the calendar periods specified in the Section V.

The air fare and reserved seats on trains, except Intersiti's trains + is determined (IS+) which go from the station of forming or turnover on Tuesday and environment (Friday, Sunday) by multiplication of rate (Section II) by indexation coefficient by the calendar periods (Section V) and on coefficient of decrease (increase) of 0,9 (1,1).

The air fare and reserved seats on Intersiti's trains + (IS+), except cars of the 1st class which go from the station of forming or turnover on Thursday and Saturday (Friday, Sunday) is determined by multiplication of rate (the Section ІІ) on indexation coefficient by the calendar periods (Section V) and on coefficient of decrease (increase) of 0,9 (1,1).

In case of registration of travel by Intersiti's trains + (IS+), except cars of the 1st class "there and back" provides discount from air fare and reserved seat in the amount of 10 percent.

1.4. The freight charge of cargo baggage is established with coefficient of indexation 2 to the determined baggage freight charge.

1.5. In case of total weight of cargo baggage over 1000 kg are provided discount on the freight charge in the amount of 20 percent, except lightweight cargo baggage and cabinet furniture (in collected condition).

1.6. These Rates are determined excluding tax on value added and insurance fee.

1.7. The air fare in the corporate train (the increased comfort) is established at the level of air fare in the conventional train (Section II). The reserved seat cost in the corporate train (the increased comfort) is determined by multiplication of cost of reserved seat in the conventional train of the corresponding category of the car (Section II) on firmovost coefficient for the train and rounds off. The coefficient of firmovost can matter for passenger trains (cars) of 1 class and 2 classes from 1,50 to 5,00, except regional trains, and for regional trains and agon of the 2nd class of trains of Intersiti + (IS+) (except cars of the 1st class) - from 1,50 to 10,00.

1.8. The cargo baggage freight charge in leased luggage cars is established in the amount of 2, by UAH for 1 car-kilometer irrespective of loading of the car, cost for transportation of passenger rail cars in empty condition - 2, 49 UAH for 1 car-kilometer.

1.9. Fare of passengers in cars of 1st, 2nd and 3rd classes of the day rapid transit train of Intersiti (IS) is determined by multiplication of fare respectively in compartment, reserved seat and general cars of the fast train on 1,6 coefficient.

Fare of passengers in the car of the 2nd class of the rapid transit train of Intersiti + (IS +) is determined by multiplication of fare in couchette car of the fast train on 1,52, coefficient since October 01, 2014 - on 1,38 coefficient.

1.10. Fare of passengers in one-seat compartment of the increased comfort is determined by multiplication of fare in first-class carriage with two-place compartments (SV) on coefficient of 1,5 of the corresponding type of the train.

1.11. Fare of passengers in specially equipped compartment - "family" is determined by multiplication of fare in first-class carriage with two-place compartments (SV) on coefficient of 3,0 of the corresponding type of the train.

1.12. Fare of passengers in cars of 1st, 2nd and 3rd classes of the day trains "Regional Express" (RE) is determined by multiplication of fare respectively in compartment, reserved seat and general cars of the fast train on 1,2 coefficient., and in the trains "Night Express" (NE) by multiplication of fare in the corresponding car on 1,2 coefficient.

1.13. Fare of passengers in cars of 1st, 2nd and 3rd classes of regional trains (R) is determined by multiplication of fare in the general car of the passenger train on 1,2 coefficient.

1.14. Fare of passengers in trains which do not belong to trains of year-round running (additional trains) is determined by multiplication of fare in the corresponding car on 1,3 coefficient.

1.15. The freight charge of cars in the special car automobile-carrier is determined by multiplication of the freight charge of cargo baggage by 0,5 coefficient.

1.16. The freight charge of lightweight baggage (cargo baggage) is established by multiplication of cost for luggage transport (cargo baggage) on coefficient:

for lightweight baggage (cargo baggage) - 3,0;

for cabinet furniture (in collected condition) - 1,5.
