About entering of amendments into the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2001 No. 16

1. Bring in the Regulations on certification and certification of crew personnel of the courts operated on inland waterways, except for small size vessels, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2001 No. 16 "About certification and certification of crew personnel of the courts operated on inland waterways, except for small size vessels" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 81, 8/6472), the following amendments:
1.1. add the Provision with Chapter 10 of the following content:
"CHAPTER 10 ABOUT THE COUPON OF THE PREVENTION TO THE DIPLOMA (THE CERTIFICATE, THE CERTIFICATE) OF CREW PERSONNEL OF THE COURTS OPERATED ON INLAND WATERWAYS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
59. The coupon of the prevention is issued to the diploma (certificate) of command structure of courts of all patterns of ownership and to the certificate of the driver-mechanic of vessels, persons under surveillance of BIRS.
60. Issue and replacement of the coupon of the prevention is made by BIRS, certified by the signature of the head of BIRS and sealed.
Registration of coupons of the prevention is made by BIRS in register.
