About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone "Expo business Chisinau" No. 625/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of October 3, 2006), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (figures "2025" to replace 1) with figures "2035".
2. Items a) and b) parts (to recognize 2) invalid.
Art. II. – Article 104 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments to add with the Item f-1) of the following content:
"f-1) goods delivered by resident of the free enterprise zone of the Republic of Moldova to the nonresident of the Republic of Moldova if the goods are transferred for the purpose of conversion to the resident of other free enterprise zone of the Republic of Moldova specified by the buyer / получателем–нерезидентом;".
Art. III. – In part (1) article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone "The production Tarakliya park No. 1529/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 36-37, 238), with subsequent changes and amendments, to replace figures "25" with figures "37".
Art. IV. – In the Law on free enterprise zones No. 440/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 108-109, 834), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Add Article 4 with part (13) the following content:
"(13) the procedure of creation of free zones Established by the legislation is applied as appropriate and in case of change of configuration of free zones, change of term of their functioning, and also in case of creation of subzone.".
