According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 25, 2017 No. PP-2744 "About perpetuating of memory of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of Islam Abdughanievich of Karimov" and of February 17, 2017 No. PP-2789 "About measures for further enhancement of activities of Academy of Sciences, organization, management and financing of research activities", and also for the purpose of further support of research and innovative activities:
1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this Decree in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime minister - the minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Yunuskhodzhayev.
