1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for development and approval of the instruction for implementation of production supervision in the field of environmental protection, rational use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2013 No. 52 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.11.2013, 8/28090), the following changes:
1.1. to state subitem 5.1 of Item 5 in the following edition:
"5.1. procedure for the organization of activities of the specialist in environmental protection, other worker to whom obligations on environmental protection and implementation of production environmental control, security service of the environment (are assigned in case of its availability), competence, the rights and obligations;";
1.2. in Item 7:
state subitem 7.1.2 in the following edition:
"7.1.2. operations procedure of the specialist in environmental protection, other worker to whom obligations on environmental protection and implementation of production environmental control, security service of the environment are assigned (in case of its availability);";
in subitem 7.3 of the word "others normative legal, including technical normative legal, acts" shall be replaced with words "other regulatory legal acts, including technical regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental protection".
