About cancellation of some orders of the ministries and other central executive bodies

1. Repeal orders of the ministries and other central executive bodies as such which do not answer the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", according to the list according to appendix 1.

2. Recommend to the National commission on securities and the stock market, the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization to review own regulatory legal acts according to the list according to appendix 2 and to bring them into accord with requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" and other laws of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.
