Based on paragraph two of part one of subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 2007 No. 318 "About procedure for informing everyone technical regulatory legal acts" and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981 "Questions of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus", the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for submission of information on technical regulatory legal acts for forming of National fund of technical regulatory legal acts and reference databank of legal information of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2007 No. 55 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 276, 8/17418; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.08. 2012, 8/26192), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 3 the word "BELGISS" shall be replaced with words "the research and production republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian State Institute of Standardization and Certification" (further - BELGISS)";
1.2. in Item 6:
in paragraph one of the word "in the research and production republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian State Institute of Standardization and Certification" (further-BELGISS)" shall be replaced with words ", in BELGISS";
add paragraph two with the words "in the form of copies of originals on papers and electronically in the form of files";
third to add the paragraph with the words "on papers or electronically in the form of files";
the fifth to exclude the paragraph;
