About procedure for informing everyone technical regulatory legal acts
For the purpose of provision to legal entities and physical persons of complete, reliable and timely information about technical regulatory legal acts:
1.1. the state bodies approving technical regulatory legal acts (1), except cases when in such acts there are data constituting the state secrets:
1.1.1. publish on the websites in the global computer Internet (further - the websites) and according to the decision of these state bodies also in the printing editions (2):
programs (plans) of development of technical regulatory legal acts (in the presence of these programs (plans);
constantly staticized lists of the operating technical regulatory legal acts which approval is included into their competence;
texts of resolutions (orders) on approval of technical regulatory legal acts, about entering into technical regulatory legal acts of changes, interpretation of such acts, suspension of their action, cancellation or recognition voided (if other is not determined, further – resolutions (orders), texts of the technical regulatory legal acts which are not relating to area of technical regulation and standardization, texts of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus, nation-wide qualifiers of the Republic of Belarus, texts of technical codes of common practice on which references in legal acts, technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus or other regulatory legal acts of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus are given if voluntariness of application of such technical codes of common practice is not established by the corresponding legal acts or regulatory legal acts of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, texts of state standards of the Republic of Belarus on which references in technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus are given if voluntariness of use of such state standards is not established by the corresponding technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus;
