I ORDER:

1. Approve the list of some orders of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made (further - the List), according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of social security and social insurance in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in one copy of its copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in periodic printing editions and the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) to send this order for use in work to Committee of work, social protection and migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, directorate "Interdepartmental settlement center of social payments" – branch of non-commercial joint-stock company of The Government for Citizens State corporation of the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakupova S. K.

4. 3) the judgment confirming the fact of implementation and the period of the actual care of the unemployed father of juvenile children;

5) the documents confirming the periods of military service, service in special state and law enforcement agencies of the public courier service are represented (depending on their availability):

certificate of archive organization of the period of service;

6) the document confirming the fact and the period of accommodation abroad of the spouse (spouse) of staff of diplomatic services of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the international organizations, spouses of the military personnel (except the military personnel of conscription service), the staff of special state bodies with spouses in areas where there was no possibility of their employment in the specialty.

The period of implementation of compulsory contributions is confirmed by data of the centralized database on transfer of compulsory pension contributions.

On condition of transfer of compulsory pension contributions till July 1, 2006 during participation in funded pension system the month preceding month in which transfer of compulsory pension contributions is performed is considered.
