About modification and amendments in some Presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 7, 2017 No. UP-4947 "About the Strategy of Actions for Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and for the purpose of forming of favorable conditions for business in the field of tourism:
1. Make change and additions to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this Decree in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 4, 2017 No. UP-5033
1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2005 No. UP-3594 "About Additional Measures for Stimulation of Attraction of Direct Private Foreign Investments":
a) to add Item 1 after the word of "products" with words "(rendering services)";
b) add appendix with Item of 21 following contents:
"21. Tourism (privileges are applied since June 1, 2017):
hotel services;
tourist services".
2. To state Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 2, 2016 to No. UP-4861 "About Measures for Ensuring the Accelerated Development of Tourist Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan" in the following edition:
"12. Exempt for a period of 5 years of legal entities from payment:
