About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2016 No. 235
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2016 No. 235 "About approval of the State program of development of digital economy and information society for 2016-2020" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.04. 2016, 5/41866; 11:08. 2016, 5/42443) following changes:
1.1. third Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"customers of the State program Supreme Court, State committee on science and technologies, State committee on standardization, State boundary committee, State Customs Committee, Department of financial investigations of the State Control Committee, State Control Committee, Committee for State Security, Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, Industry ministry, Ministry of Communications and Informatization, Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Justice, National academy of Sciences of Belarus, National Bank, National Statistical Committee, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Investigative Committee, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.";
1.2. in the State program of development of the digital economy and information society for 2016-2020 approved by this resolution:
in part one of Chapter 4 of the word "204 173 747, 2 rubles" shall be replaced with words "206 080 883, 2 rubles";
in Chapter 6 part three shall be replaced with words the word "realization" "accomplishment of complex";
the ninth Chapter 8 to state part in the following edition:
"Customers of the subprogramme 2 are the State committee on science and technologies, the State committee on standardization, the State Customs Committee, Committee for State Security, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the Industry ministry, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics, National Bank, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus.";
the eleventh Chapter 9 to state part in the following edition:

to state Item 8 of appendix 1 to this State program in the following edition:

to be reworded as follows appendices 2 and 3 to this State program (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
