1. Make changes to some orders of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation according to appendix to this order.
2. This order becomes effective after sixty days after day of its official publication, except for the subitem 2 Items 1, of the subitem of 1 Item 5, of Item 6, of subitems 2 and 3 of Item 11, of the subitem 3 Items 14, of Item of 15 changes attached to this order, which are becoming effective after ten days after day of its official publication, the subitem of 1 Item of 11 changes attached to this order, which is becoming effective since April 1, 2017, the subitem 2 Items of 14 changes attached to this order which is becoming effective since August 1, 2017.

to the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of November 29, 2016 No. 764
1. In the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of February 21, 2012 No. 76 "About approval of the Order of registration of declarations of conformity and the Procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of the registered declarations of conformity, the provisions containing in the specified register of data" (registration No. 23970) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 28, 2012:
Item 6 of the Order of registration of declarations of conformity approved by the specified order to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"The declaration of conformity which is not meeting the requirements of Item 5 of article 24 of the Federal Law of December 27, 2002 No. 184-FZ "About technical regulation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 52, Art. 5140; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4603; 2015, No. 17, Art. 2477; 2016, No. 15, the Art. 2066) (further - the Federal Law "About Technical Regulation"), and equally served person, not to relevant requirements to the applicant, stipulated in Item 1 article 24 of the Federal law "About Technical Regulation", within three working days from the date of its obtaining by certification body returns to the applicant without consideration.";
2) in appendix to the Order of registration of declarations of conformity approved by the specified order of the word "OK code of 005 (OKP), Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code of Russia, FEACN CU code" shall be replaced with words "the OK code 034 (OKPD 2), code of the CN FEA EEU";
Words of Customs union shall be replaced with words 3) in the subitem "l" of Item 6 of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of the registered declarations of conformity, the provisions containing in the specified register of data approved by the specified order Eurasian Economic Union.
2. In item 4 of the Procedure for application of the image of the sign of national accreditation system approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of May 22, 2014 No. 283 "About establishment of the image of sign of national accreditation system and procedure for application of the image of sign of national accreditation system" (registration No. 32834) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on June 24, 2014, to exclude the words "in scale 1:1".
3. In the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of May 23, 2014 No. 284 "About approval of forms and lists of the data which are in the expert opinion, the act of exit examination, the appraisal certificate" (registration No. 33134) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on July 17, 2014:
Line item 7 to add 1) in appendix No. 1 to the specified order with footnote of the following content:
