I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for prolongation of term of stay in Ukraine for foreigners and stateless persons which is applied.
2. To chiefs of General Directorates of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Kiev and Kiev region, the Departments of MIA of Ukraine in areas, the city of Sevastopol and on transport, district, district in the cities, city, linear managements and Departments of Internal Affairs:
2.1. Organize studying of the Instruction by staff and provide steady observance of its requirements.
2.2. Provide territorial authorities and divisions of State department for nationality, immigrations and registration of physical persons of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with necessary quantity of the stamps of the corresponding sample provided by appendices 3, of 4, 6 and 7 these Instructions.
