About introduction of new procedure for execution of visa documents for entry into Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Rules of execution of visa documents for entry into Ukraine (are applied).
2. Determine that:
the term of implementation of new procedure for execution of visa documents for citizens of this or that country and effective period of the visas to entry into Ukraine which are earlier drawn up to foreigners and stateless persons are established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in coordination with the State committee on cases of protection of frontier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and Security service taking into account that introduction of this procedure shall be complete no later than December 1, 1999;
during the period before formation of service concerning immigration control decisions according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, concerning registration in exceptional cases at the airports, at marinas, border automobile and railway stations of permissions for entry into Ukraine for a period of 5 days to the foreigners and stateless persons arriving to Ukraine on official matters by the invitation of state bodies, and also by the invitation of physical persons and legal entities can be made.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to approve in two weeks in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the State committee on cases of protection of frontier and Security service the instruction for execution of visa documents for entry into Ukraine of foreigners and stateless persons.
