1. The paragraph third Item 1 of the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 12, 2011 is provided to No. 1049 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 79, Art. 2917; 2016, No. 23, the Art. 919), after the word "orientations" to add with words ", the Youth organization "Plast-Natsionalnaya Scout Organization of Ukraine" in 2017".
2. In Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the implementation of actions of state policy concerning youth and the state support of youth and children's public organizations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 No. 116 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 15, Art. 542; 2014, No. 70, Art. 1964; 2015, No. 69, Art. 2266; 2016, No. 21, Art. 828):
Subitem 2 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"Provision in 2017 of financial support of the Youth organization "Layer — the National Scout Organization of Ukraine;";
Subitem 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3) implementation of measures for national patriotically education according to the actions plan on national patriotically education of youth for 2017 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 898.".
