"218. The burning out of dry grassy vegetation, eddish, afterharvest remaining balance (except for rice straw) on lands of agricultural purpose and lands of inventory, cultivation of fires on fields is forbidden. The burning out of rice straw can be made in windless weather in case of observance of condition, stipulated in Item 72(1) these rules.".
