ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About recognition voided regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, about cancellation of acts of the federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state fire supervision and licensed control in the field of fire safety, federal state supervision in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, the state supervision of use of small size vessels, bases (constructions) for their parking in internal waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Recognize invalid the regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state fire supervision and licensed control in the field of fire safety, federal state supervision in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, the state supervision of use of small size vessels, bases (constructions) for their parking in internal waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

2. Repeal the acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state fire supervision and licensed control in the field of fire safety, federal state supervision in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, the state supervision of use of small size vessels, bases (constructions) for their parking in internal waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.

1. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 10, 1996 No. 1340 "About the Procedure for creation and use of reserves of material resources for liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 47, the Art. 5334).

2. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2002 No. 83 "About conducting regular checks of transport and other portable funds for compliance to technical standard rates of emissions of the hazardous (contaminating) substances in atmospheric air" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 6, the Art. 586).

3. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 4, 2003 No. 547 "About preparation of the population in the field of protection against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 37, the Art. 3585).

4. The subitem 3 of Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2004 No. 835 "About approval of the Regulations on the State inspectorate for small size vessels of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 52, the Art. 5499).

5. Item of 137 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2005 No. 49 "About change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 7, the Art. 560).
