1.1. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person arriving to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, requiring receipt of a visa (appendix No. 1).

1.2. Ceased to be valid

1.3. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person arriving to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, requiring receipt of a visa, being the highly qualified specialist (appendix No. 3).

1.4. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person which arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, not requiring receipt of a visa, being the highly qualified specialist (appendix No. 4).

1.5. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person arriving to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, requiring receipt of a visa, attracted to implementation of labor activity for the purpose of project implementation of creation and ensuring functioning of the innovative center "Skolkovo" (appendix No. 5).

1.6. Ceased to be valid

1.7. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person which arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, requiring receipt of a visa, and to the student in the Russian Federation on full-time in the professional educational organization or the educational organization of the higher education for the main professional educational program having the state accreditation (appendix No. 7).

1.8. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person which arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, not requiring receipt of a visa, and to the student in the Russian Federation on full-time in the professional educational organization or the educational organization of the higher education for the main professional educational program having the state accreditation (appendix No. 8).

1.9. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person arriving to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, requiring receipt of a visa, and directed for implementation of labor activity in the territory of the Russian Federation by the commercial organization registered in the territory of state member of the World Trade Organization (appendix No. 9).

1.10. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person which arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, not requiring receipt of a visa, and directed for implementation of labor activity in the territory of the Russian Federation by the commercial organization registered in the territory of state member of the World Trade Organization (appendix No. 10).

1.11. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person which arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, requiring receipt of a visa, attracted and used for implementation of labor activity in the territory of the advancing social and economic development (appendix No. 11).

1.12. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person which arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, requiring receipt of a visa, attracted and used for implementation of labor activity by the employer who is the project participant of the international medical cluster (appendix No. 12). (item 1.12 is entered by the Order of FMS of Russia of 09.10.2015 No. 451)

1.13. Form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or the stateless person which arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, requiring receipt of a visa, attracted and used for implementation of labor activity by the resident of the free port of Vladivostok (appendix No. 13).

2. Determine that the forms of work permits specified in Items 1.1 - 1.10 these orders, are the protected printed material with the level of protection against counterfeit of "B".

3. To financial division of central office of FMS of Russia annually to provide funds from the federal budget for the corresponding financial year on production of forms of the work permits specified in Items 1.1 - 1.10 these orders.

4. To federal state institution "Main Center of Ensuring Activities FMS of Russia" to organize supply of division of central office of FMS of Russia on work with addresses of citizens and the organizations and territorial authorities of FMS of Russia as the forms of work permits specified in Items 1.1 - 1.10 these orders, within limits of the budgetary funds allocated for the corresponding year.

5. To provide to structural division of central office of FMS of Russia which competence includes work with addresses of citizens and the organizations, territorial authorities of FMS of Russia registration and issue of work permits on forms, the specified vpunkta 1.1 - 1.10 presents of the order, and also accounting of the used forms and the issued work permits.

6. The forms of work permits made before entry into force of this order to use for execution of work permits to their expenditure.

7. Recognize invalid:

Items 1. 3, 1.4, 2 - 4, appendices No. 3 and No. 4 to the order of the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2006 No. 370 "About approval of form of the application blank of issue to the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship of the work permit and form of the form of the work permit to the foreign citizen or stateless person" <1>;
