About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2009 No. 560
Based on the paragraph of the sixth "About radiation safety of the population" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 6-2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 1998
1. Bring in Regulations on order of interaction of republican state bodies, other state bodies and the organizations in case of detection of sources of ionizing radiation, and also in case of their detention when moving through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2009 No. 560 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 109, 5/29692), the following amendments and changes:
the fourth Item 3 after the word "stationary" to add the paragraph with the word of "(mobile)";
in item 4 of the word "and prevention of emergence of radiological emergency situations" shall be replaced with words ", prevention of emergence of radiological emergency situations, increase in efficiency of response of law enforcement and other state bodies to crimes and incidents in the field of ensuring radiation safety of the population";
add Item 5 with subitem 5.4 of the following content:
"5.4. rendering assistance in carrying out legal proceedings on the materials and criminal cases connected with detection (detention) of sources of ionizing radiation, illicit trafficking in nuclear and radioactive materials and also ensuring radiation safety of participants of criminal procedure.";
in Item 6:
to add subitem 6.1.5 after the word of "help" with words to "the organizations, local executive and administrative organs";
add Item with subitem 6.1.6 of the following content:
