About modification of the Regulations on military unit and division on protection of diplomatic representations, consular establishments of foreign states, representative offices of the international organizations in Ukraine National guard of Ukraine
According to Item 7 parts one of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About National guard of Ukraine", to the paragraph to third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine order to No. 731:
1. Bring in the Regulations on military unit and division on protection of diplomatic representations, consular establishments of foreign states, representative offices of the international organizations in Ukraine National guard of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of July 22, 2014 No. 713, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 6, 2014 for No. 934/25711, the following changes:
"Law-enforcement bodies" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 5 of the Section I of the word "territorial authorities of police";
Item 4 of the Section II to state 2) in the following edition:
"4. Military units and divisions according to the decision of the commander of National guard of Ukraine can be involved in accomplishment of other tasks provided by the Law of Ukraine "About National guard of Ukraine" also.
In case of attraction to accomplishment of tasks on protection of public order the military personnel of National guard of Ukraine has the right to perform preventive and police enforcement measures according to the Law of Ukraine "About National police".";
