Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 1998 No. 802 "About Rules of trade in precious metals (except bank metals) and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education and semiprecious stones in the crude and processed type and the products from them belonging to subjects of business activity on the property right" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, Art. 825; 2003, No. 52, Art. 2823; 2011, No. 31, Art. 1329; 2012, No. 60, the Art. 2430) changes which are applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

1. In the name of the resolution and the deciding part of the word to "subjects of business activity" shall be replaced with words to "subjects of managing".
2. Rules of trade in precious metals (except bank metals) and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education and semiprecious stones in the crude and processed type and the products from them belonging to subjects of business activity on the property right, approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:
