According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 389 (with changes), I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for compensation to the Pension fund of Ukraine by fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment of expenses on payment to ahead of schedule granted pension and fee on its delivery, No. 47 approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of February 11, 2013 by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of February 11, 2013 No. 2-3, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2013 for No. 345/22877, which are applied.
2. (T. Matyukh) to submit to department of provision of pensions this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
