According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 1993 to No. 4693 "About standardization and certification", the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459, and Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" I order:
1. Make to the Section 12 "Food Products and Food Staples" of the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine, the State committee of Ukraine approved by the order concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of February 01, 2005 No. 28, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 4, 2005 at No. 466/10746 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in the name of the Section of the word "Food Products and Food Staples" shall be replaced with words "Tobacco products";
Items 12.6 - 12.8, 12.10 to exclude 2).
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on standardization, metrology and certification of September 13, 1996 No. 379 "About approval of Rules of obligatory certification of alcoholic beverages", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 4, 1996 on No. 570/1595 (with changes).
3. To department of technical regulation (Vitkin L. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
