About approval of the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine
According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 1993 to No. 46-93 "About standardization and certification", the Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 18, 2003 No. 225, I ORDER:
1. Approve the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine it (is applied).
2. The order of Gosstandart of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 498 "About approval of the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.09.2002 for No. 782/7070, to declare invalid.
3. Products given in Item 8.14 of the specified List are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine since June 1, 2005, in Item 21.6.5 - since July 1, 2005, in Item 21.6.18 - since January 1, 2006.
4. To management of confirmation of conformity (Serdyukov O. Ya.) in five-day time to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. To the state company "Ukrainian Research and Training Center of Problems of Standardization, Certification and Quality" (Zharkov Yu. V.) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide its publication.
6. To confer responsibility for accomplishment of this order on the director of the department of technical regulation Gospotrebstandart of Ukraine Onopriyenko V. V.
7. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman Gospotrebstandart of Ukraine Cherepkova S. T.
