Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of exchange of documents in electronic form under the organization of information exchange approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2014 No. 1494 "About approval of Rules of exchange of documents in electronic form under the organization of information exchange" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, the Art. 284).

1. State Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. In these rules the document in electronic form is understood as the electronic document which structure of details is determined according to the Rules of clerical work in federal executive bodies approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2009 No. 477 "About approval of Rules of clerical work in federal executive bodies".".
2. In the subitem "b" of Item 5 of the word of "the electronic document" shall be replaced with words "the document in electronic form".
3. In the subitem "b" of Item 6 of the word "the electronic document on" shall be replaced with words "the document in electronic form on", "the electronic document directly" shall be replaced with words words "the document in electronic form directly".
