In Item 41 of the List of employee categories which office premises, the Council of Ministers of USSR approved by the resolution of February 4, 1988 can be provided to No. 37 "About office premises" (by USSR Union of Writers, 1988, No. 2, Art. 8; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 71, of the Art. 2684), "State financial inspection and its territorial authorities" shall be replaced with words words "Gosauditsluzhby and its interregional territorial authorities".
2. In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 1, 1995 No. 963 "About some measures of ensuring rational use of the public currency funds" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 4, Art. 114; 2011, No. 71, the Art. 2684) words of "The state financial inspection" shall be replaced with words the Official Bulletin of Ukraine to "The public auditing service".
3. In Item 8 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 9, 1996 No. 1247 "Questions of State-owned company on export and import of products and services of military and special purpose" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 59, the Art. 2013, Art. 2027; 2011, 71, the Art. 2684) words "The state financial inspection" shall be replaced with words No. "The public auditing service".
