About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2009 No. 1178
In pursuance of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2016 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About population census" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2009 No. 1178 "About approval of regulations on procedure for personal data protection of population census of the Republic of Belarus and procedure for provision of total of population census of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 224, 5/30435) the following changes:
in the name and the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "about procedure for protection" shall be replaced with words "about organizational measures for protection";
To be reworded as follows the regulations on procedure for personal data protection of population census of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution it (is applied);
to state Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for the provision of total of population census of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution in the following edition:
"1. Provision of total of population census of the Republic of Belarus (further - total) is performed on free basis by bodies of the state statistics, on paid basis - bodies of the state statistics through the republican unitary enterprise "Data Processing Center of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus ".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
