Make the following changes to "The instruction for use the electric power", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 2, 2005 No. 18 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 2, Article 121; 2006, No. 1, Article 59; 2009, No. 1, Article 32, No. 10, Article 846; 2010, No. 1, Article 49; 2012, No. 2, Article 183; 2013, No. 6, Article 738; 2014, No. 1, Article 69, No. 2, Article 201, No. 7, Article 925):
1. at the end of 9.13.5 subitems to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with 9.13.6 subitem of the following content:
"9.13.6. when carrying out special transaction against religious extremism, based on specifying of the bodies performing special operation against religious extremism - the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Services of state security.".
2. in the first offer of the seventh paragraph 9.13 of Item after the word "shutdown" to add with words "(except as specified shutdowns in connection with carrying out special transaction against religious extremism)".
3. in 9.13-1 Item of the word "in 9.13.3 subitem" shall be replaced with words "in 9.13.3 and 9.13.6 subitems".
