About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2016 No. 149
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2016 No. 149 "About the State program "Small and medium entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus" for 2016-2020" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.03. 2016, 5/41760) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 2:
in the paragraph the second "the customer - the coordinator" shall be replaced with words words "the responsible customer";
the paragraph third to add with words ", the Belarusian fund of financial support of entrepreneurs";
1.2. exclude Items 3 and 5;
1.3. in the State program "Small and medium entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus" for 2016-2020 approved by this resolution:
1.3.1. in part three of Chapter 3 of figure "32" and "35" to replace respectively with figures "40" and "41,7";
1.3.2. in Chapter 5:
in part one of the word "6038, 8 billion rubles" shall be replaced with words "594 million rubles";
the second to add part with words ", other sources, stipulated by the legislation";
1.3.3. 1, 2 and 4 to this State program to be reworded as follows appendices (are applied);
1.3.4. in the Section II "Actions for achievement of indicator values" of appendix 3 to this State program:
to state the name of the column "Executives in charge" in the following edition:
"Responsible state bodies, other organizations";
in Item 22 to replace the word Ministry of Trade with the word "MART".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
