For the purpose of ensuring execution of subitem 1.1.8 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 23, 2015 with No. 576 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" of May 29, 2015 No. 1303-IVQD", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
Make the following changes to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on warranty maintenance of vehicles, Standard regulations on the technical repair sites rendering warranty maintenance of vehicles and Standard regulations on the technical repair stations rendering warranty maintenance of vehicles" of October 15, 1999 to No. 163 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 10, Article 597; 2001, No. 1, Article 74; 2006, No. 7, Article 653; 2008, No. 6, Article 597; 2014, No. 2, Article 201):
1. Exclude from the name, parts 1, the 2 and 3 word "warranty".
2. Exclude from the name, Items 1. 1, 1.4 and 1.5 of the "Standard provision on warranty maintenance of vehicles" approved by the specified resolution the word "warranty".
3. In "The standard regulations on the technical repair sites rendering warranty maintenance of vehicles", approved by the specified resolution:
