These rules of acceptance, registration and consideration of the request for provision of investment preferences (further - Rules) determine procedure for acceptance, consideration and registration of the request for provision of investment preferences by structural divisions of Committee on investments of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) authorized body - Committee on investments of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the applicant - the legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan who submitted the application for provision of investment preferences for implementation of the investment project in priority types of activity;
