About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of September 4, 2013 No. 15-1

1. Bring in the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of September 4, 2013 No. 15-1 "About accomplishment of decisions of District administrative court of the city of Kiev for No. 2a-8893/12/2670, No. 2a-4753/09/2670", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2013 for No. 1661/24193, the following changes:
paragraphs the third, fourth Item 1 to exclude.
2. To legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) together with department of provision of pensions (Kovpashko I. V.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
