1. Bring in the Procedure and conditions of reception of citizens of Ukraine, living outside Ukraine, and the foreigners wishing to adopt the child in Ukraine, for giving by them put, the Ministries of social policy of Ukraine approved by the order of November 17, 2011 No. 445, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 6, 2011 at No. 1406/20144, the following changes:
