About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 and recognition voided some decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission
According to article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and items 4 and 37 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:
1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 "About measures of non-tariff regulation" changes according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on the list according to appendix No. 2.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Appendix №1
to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 2, 2016 No. 57
1. Add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the toxic agents which are not precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances according to appendix No. 19.".
2. In Item 5 of the word to "appendix No. 19" shall be replaced with words to "appendix No. 20".
3. Appendix No. 2 to the specified Decision after Section 2.12 to add with Section 2.13 of the following content:
