About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 24, 2007 No. 28/26
According to subitems 56, of the 57th Item 4, and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine we ORDER to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, to the subitem 6 of Item 4, to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267,:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 24, 2007 No. 28/26 "About approval of regulatory legal acts about provision of social and medical services to the homeless citizens and persons exempted from places of detention", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 14, 2007 for No. 129/13396, the following changes:
1) in heading and the text of the order:
to "homeless citizens" in all cases shall be replaced with words words to "homeless persons" in the corresponding cases;
"to persons exempted from places of detention" in all cases shall be replaced with words words "to persons who served sentence in the form of restriction of freedom or imprisonment for certain term" in the corresponding cases;
