About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2016 No. 235

1. 1.1. third Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"customers of the State program the Supreme Court, the State committee on science and technologies, the State boundary committee, the State Customs Committee, Department of financial investigations of the State Control Committee, the State Control Committee, Committee for State Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Justice, National academy of Sciences of Belarus, National Bank, National Statistical Committee, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.";
1.2. to declare paragraph two of Item 3 invalid;
1.3. in the State program of development of the digital economy and information society for 2016-2020 approved by this resolution:
in Chapter 4:
in part one of the word "448, 6 billion rubles" shall be replaced with words "204 173 747, 2 rubles";
add Chapter with part six of the following content:
"Planned budgetary appropriations and cash expenses according to the State program since the beginning of 2016 shall be reflected according to program classification of expenses of the budget.";
in Chapter 8 part nine:
after words "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" to add with words "Ministry of Finance";
words" to exclude other republican state bodies, the republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Electronic Services";
the eleventh Chapter 9 to state part in the following edition:
