About modification of the Regulations on purchase of drugs and other products of medical appointment for needs of health care system

Based on the Law on public procurements No. 96-XVI of April 13, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 107-111, 470), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of ensuring efficiency of purchases of medicines and other products of medical appointment for needs of health care system DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on purchase of drugs and other products of medical appointment for needs of health care system approved by the Order of the Government No. 568 of September 10, 2009. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 144-147, 632), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1) in the Provision:

a) in the subitem р) Item 17 of the word "The Agencies on Drugs and Medical Products" shall be replaced with words "medical institutions";

b) in Item 36:

in the first offer of the word "after signing of the relevant agreements at office of the Agency on drugs and medical products between the ofertant who acknowledged won and medical institutions" shall be replaced with words "after receipt of the relevant agreements from medical institutions";

the second offer to state in the following edition:

"In case of agreement signature the economic operator recognized as won shall provide to medical institution guarantee of ensuring agreement performance.";

c) in Item 57:

in the subitem 2):

in лит.с) shall be replaced with words the words "invites the parties for the conclusion of agreements" "requires the conclusion of agreements";
