For the purpose of increase in efficiency of carrying out checking of measuring instruments, streamlining of names, terms and frequency of checking of measuring instruments, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring unity of measurements" of September 27, 2012 No. 664 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out checking of measuring instruments in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in all text of the word "authorized body on metrology" in different cases shall be replaced with words "national authority on metrology" in the corresponding cases;
- state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Checking of measuring instruments - establishment of suitability of gage to application based on experimentally determined metrological characteristics and confirmation of their compliance to the mandatory requirements established by technical regulations or specified in accompanying documents of manufacturing plant.";
- state Item 9-1 in the following edition:
"9-1. For ensuring metrological traceability in test and calibrating laboratories, the measuring instruments applied in the field of state regulation are calibrated.";
