Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2003 No. 477 "About approval of Rules of determination of solvency of banknotes and coins of national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 2689, published on February 12, 2004 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper No. 29 (24339) the following changes:
in the resolution:
the heading in Kazakh is reworded as follows, the text in Russian does not change;
in Rules of determination of solvency of the banknotes and coins of national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Solvency of banknotes and coins of national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - banknotes and coins) is their capability to act as legal means of payment in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also absence at banknotes and coins of signs of counterfeit.";
