About entering of amendments and changes into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
According to Articles 8, 9 and 39 Laws of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 "About consumer protection", subitem 2.3 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 24, 2014 No. 371 "About creation of the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus", and also for the purpose of enhancement of state regulation of the sphere of consumer services of the population, simplification of ministerial procedures and streamlining of accounting, systematization of information on the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing activities in the specified sphere, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Rules of consumer services of the consumers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2004 No. 1590 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 1, 5/15304; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.04. 2015, 5/40364):
