About modification of the Law of Turkmenistan "About Majlis of Turkmenistan"
I. Part the second Article 33 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About Majlis of Turkmenistan", adopted on January 9, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 1, Art. 15; 2013, No. 4, Art. 92; 2015, No. 2, to the Art. 75) to state in the following edition:
"Powers of the deputy can be stopped ahead of schedule on the following bases:
1) filing of application about addition of powers by it;
2) appointments or elections to the positions specified in part one of article 34 of this Law.
3) emergence of the circumstances excluding possibility of accomplishment of the obligations by it;
4) making of the discrediting act not compatible to the status of the deputy;
5) terminations of citizenship of Turkmenistan.".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
