Hulk Maslakhata and Majlis at joint session consider the important and necessary issues brought by the President of Turkmenistan.

The joint sessions of chambers are held openly.

The joint session of chambers is competent if at it there are at least two thirds of total number of members of Hulk Maslakhata and deputies of Majlis.

Hulk Maslakhata's Chairmen and Majlis preside over the joint session of chambers serially if at joint session other is not determined.

By results of discussion of the questions heard at the joint session of chambers the joint resolution of chambers can be accepted. At the same time, as a rule, vote is carried out separately.
