About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2008 No. 87
Based on part thirteen of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About traffic" and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out pretrip and other physical examinations of drivers of wheel tractors and self-propelled machines approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2008 No. 87 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 123, 8/18804; 2011, No. 5, 8/23127), following changes:
1.1. in Item 2:
words "machines, performed" shall be replaced with words "machines, working for the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur, the driver of the wheel tractor and the self-propelled machine who is the individual entrepreneur (further, unless otherwise specified, - the driver), performed";
to "work of the driver of the wheel tractor and self-propelled machine" shall be replaced with words words to "work of the driver";
1.2. to exclude from paragraph one of Item 3 of the word of "wheel tractors and self-propelled machines";
1.3. state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Pretrip examination of the driver is conducted by the health worker who was trained on pretrip physical examination:
being on the staff of the legal entity;
on contractual basis between the legal entity (driver) and the organization of health care, other organization or the individual entrepreneur.".
