After obtaining from the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur of the register of distribution and the corresponding payment orders the bank accumulates on the account on accounting of means in calculations for transactions with foreign currency the foreign currency necessary for sale at the exchange, and no later than the 2nd working day after day of representation by the legal entity or individual entrepreneur of the register of distribution and the corresponding payment order performs its sale at the exchange biddings taking into account the following requirements:
